Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy / DISCLAIMER
Payment Policy:
-All payments are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by Sentinel
Training Academy.
-Payments must be paid in full prior the start of class
Cancelled Classes:
-Refunds will be issued once A class has been cancelled
REFUNDS:
-Deposits are non-refundable unless classes are cancelled
-No-shows will forfeit their deposit, regardless of weather conditions
-pARTICIPANTS MAY REQUEST A REFUND AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE A SCHEDULE CLASS, THE
REFUND WILL BE THE FULL PAYMENT RECEIVED MINUS ANY TRANSCATIONAL FEES BY 3RD PARTIES VENDORS (bANK FEES, CREDITS CARD FEES ETC. )
-NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELATIONS WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO A SCHEDULED CLASS, CREDIT FOR THE CLASS MAY BE MOVE TO A FUTURE CLASS
Participant Cancellations:
-Participants must notify us at least 48 hours in advance if they are unable to
attend a class.
-This will allow their payment to be applied to a future training session.
Class Cancellations:
-If class is cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors, etc., we
will make every effort to notify students promptly.
-In such cases:
-A full refund will be issued.
-The student may request to transfer their enrollment to
another class on a future date.
Private/One-on-One Instruction:
-For private or one-on-one classes, full payment is required at the time of booking.
-Cancellations made without proper notice will result in the forfeiture of
payment.
Inclement Weather Policy:
-Unless otherwise notified, classes will proceed as scheduled, regardless of
weather conditions.
-Due to the extensive planning and coordination involved, we only cancel classes
in extreme cases of weather or safety concerns.
-If the class is cancelled, we will work with students to reschedule them in
another available class if space permits.
Right to Reschedule / CANCEL:
-Sentinel Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule / CANCEL any training
courses or classes.
